Nomination Form for the
Midtown-East Phillips Board
Midtown and East Phillips Neighborhood Association will hold its upcoming board elections from May 23-May 30th. To run, please nominate yourself below, or show up at the annual meeting from 11-1pm on Saturday, May 23rd.

Participating on the board, at a minimum, involves attending monthly board meetings (currently held the second Thursday evening of each month), reviewing agendas in advance of those meetings, participating in an annual board training, and connecting with other neighbors inside/outside of events.

OPEN BOARD SEATS
Little Earth (1 seat, 2025-2027)
East Phillips Resident (1 seat, 2026-2028)
Midtown Phillips (1 seat, 2026-2028)
At-Large Director (2 seats, 2026-2028)
Neighborhood Reps must reside in their neighborhood to be on the board.
At Large Reps must live, own property or represent a business/organization in their geographical area.
Where Are Midtown & East Phillips Located?
The boundaries of these two Phillips neighborhoods are East 24th Street to the north, East Lake Street to the south, Hiawatha to the east, and Chicago Avenue to the west. Bloomington Avenue is the dividing line between East and Midtown Phillips.
